  • Quotations are offered based on the specifications provided at the time of request.
  • Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding contract once confirmed in writing.
  • Any variation or amendment to an order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing in cases where material costs, specifications, or delivery requirements change.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment must be made in full by the due date shown on the invoice.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • Ownership of goods does not transfer to the client until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Lead Times

We make every effort to deliver orders on the agreed date; however, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any delay caused by factors beyond our control, including supplier delays, material shortages, or transport issues.

Risk in the goods passes to the client upon delivery, but ownership remains with LDJ Sheet Metal Engineering until full payment is received.

7. Quality and Warranty

All fabricated products are manufactured to a high standard of workmanship and quality control. However, due to the nature of fabrication processes, minor variations may occur.

If you believe a product is defective, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept liability for:

  • Defects arising from misuse, improper installation, or alteration by others.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or financial loss resulting from product use.
